My wife and I recently bought our first home, but we live out of state currently. Highly knowledgeable team – very flexible and were able to squeeze a last minute home inspection in for us on a Friday afternoon. Spent time explaining line items to us and was thorough on all aspects of the house. Also loved that we could schedule radon and sewer at the same time!

I hired Home Inspection Consultants to do a sewer scope, radon test, general inspection, and a structural inspection. There were a total of 4 people that completed all 4 task. The sewer scope inspector gave us a great run down on everything he saw and ways to mitigate future issues. The general inspector was very thorough with his inspection and caught a lot of things I did not. The structural engineer went above and beyond with explaining everything in detail with me. I would trust this company again to do an inspection for me.

We contracted with Home Inspection Consultants for a structural inspection before a remodel. Scheduling was very quick and easy through the website and email. Project Engineer Russ Brown met with us before the inspection, listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. After the inspection, he talked with us about his findings and explained how to address any structural issues. We received a written report shortly after the inspection detailing the findings, listing remediation steps, and conditions to monitor in the future.
